With over 28 years of experience producing events across Australia and internationally, I bring creative vision, deep client relationships, and an uncompromising standard to every brief we take on.
For me, it has never been just about the event itself, it's about the people involved. including our team members, suppliers, and clients who come together to deliver something truly extraordinary. That belief shapes everything we do.

Neil Santer brings a powerful operational foundation to Extraordinary Events. He began his career as a management consultant with leading international firms including KPMG Management Consulting, Accenture, and Coopers & Lybrand, and his expertise in project strategy, planning, risk management and project turnarounds is invaluable in the delivery of large-scale corporate programs.
Together, Nicole and Neil offer clients a rare combination: creative talent and emotional intelligence paired with technical rigour and strategic thinking, resulting in events that are both inspired and flawlessly executed.
