7StEMM™ is the methodology I developed by doing hundreds of conferences, gala dinners, incentive programmes and product launches across Australia and thirty countries. It is not theory. It is what actually works, refined over thousands of hours of real events.
I created this course because I kept meeting talented event managers who were figuring out what I already knew. That felt wrong. This methodology should not take 28 years to learn. With 7StEMM™, it takes weeks.

Do I need prior event management experience?
No. The course is designed to meet you wherever you are. Whether you are completely new to event management, currently studying or have a few years of experience, 7StEMM™ will give you the structured framework you need to take your events to the next level.
How long does the course take to complete?
The course is entirely self-paced. Most students complete all seven modules in four to six weeks, though you can take as long as you need. You have lifetime access so there is no pressure or deadline.
Will I get direct access to Nicole?
Yes. Nicole is personally available to answer questions, review your work and provide feedback throughout the course. This level of access is rare in online courses and it is one of the things that makes 7StEMM™ genuinely different.
Is this course relevant to event managers outside Australia?

Are there exams or tests?
No. There are no exams or tests. The course is designed for busy event professionals who learn by doing. Each module includes practical exercises and reflections that help you apply what you learn to your own events immediately.
What is Event Design Intelligence™ and why is it only available in this course?
Event Design Intelligence™ is a proprietary framework developed by Extraordinary Events over 28 years. It is a structured methodology for designing events around the actual people attending them, using behavioural science, psychology. It is not available anywhere else because it is our IP.
