Media Release Consent

By agreeing below, I grant Schneider Electric and Extraordinary Events (collectively referred to as “the Companies”) permission to use photographs and videos taken of me or provided by me during the Schneider Electric Amplify Study Tour of India (the Event) for marketing and promotional purposes.

This permission applies to the use of these photos and videos in any form of media, including but not limited to:

• Company websites

• Social media platforms

• Digital and printed marketing materials

• Press releases

• Event presentations and reports

Terms
1. Grant of Rights
I grant the Companies the unrestricted, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the photographs and videos featuring my likeness, in whole or in part, for any lawful marketing or promotional purpose.

2. No Compensation
I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of my photos or videos by the Companies.

3. Waiver of Claims
I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final products in which my photos or videos appear. I release the Companies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of my photos or videos, including but not limited to claims of defamation or invasion of privacy.

4. Duration
This permission shall remain in effect unless I revoke it in writing. Any revocation will not affect photos or videos already in use at the time of revocation.
